We opted for steak and chips with all the trimmings. The meal was excellent in fact far better than we had previously at the Abbey Hotel. We met the owners Mary and her Husband Francis who were two of the most charming and hospitable people we met in Ireland, and that is saying something as we met many many chraming Irish people on our travels.

The staff {family run} are still as friendly as ever and make you feel welcome. It's refreshing to see. We are now back in Canada but will be back and spending more time in Donegal {and this bar!!}.Anne and Brian Mulhern.

Wondered if there was any relation to the Coyles you mentioned! They would have been born 1820's - 30's.Wonder, too if Cahill Bonnar had an e-mail address so I can contact him?
